Beacon Plumbing, Heating & Mechanical

We've had Beacon out twice; once to fix a leaky shower head and another time to install a kitchen faucet.  Both times our experience with them has been top-notch.  When we called to set up appointments, they were extremely prompt and were available to come out virtually right away and were flexible with our schedules.  Robert, who performed the work, was extremely professional, personable, honest, and fixed our issues at a very reasonable cost.  We've also had Jeff out to give a quote and had a great experience with him as well.

It's so nice to work with a company that is competively priced, honest, and gives such great service.  We'll be calling Beacon for all of our future plumbing needs.

Today my kitchen sink backed up - bad. Online, I went to Beacon's site, and Dave IM'ed me immediately. I got in touch with Gary and he was at my house within 40 minutes (it's the weekend, too). He quoted me a reasonable price for snaking the sink (well, it was competitive), and did the work promptly. He put a protective covering on the floor and even booties on his shoes, and he was very nice and friendly. And boy, he worked hard. The snaking job was very labor-intensive. He was really sweaty. Anyhow, the job took a while, and end result, he fixed the problem. Plus, he gave me information how to prevent the pipes from building up with gunk in the future (he said, so we won't have to call back plumbers for this problem ever again, in the future). Honestly, it bites needing a plumber, and having to pay for this stuff, but Beacon made the whole situation as painless as possible for our family
