We had a block in our exit line. With a baby and a 6 year old, it was chaos. Our block was due to City of Bellevue's line. We had sewage all over our front. It was late at night so the initial crew that was sent were unsuccessful at unblocking our main exit line. The jetter was stuck in the drain and they had to leave it until the next day. Next day, McCoy was sent out with an apprentice. HE WAS AWESOME! If you have a big job and need a knowledgeable person, he is the man! I stopped freakin' once he started the job. He was on top of it and worked with the city to get the job done. I would definitely recommend this merchant when you have a jam!

Today our water company notified us of a leak in our main water line after the reading was too high on the meter. I called 5 different plumbers, and only Beacon and one other company came out. Beacon came within a couple of hours and quoted me to replace the 51 year old water pipe. The work needed quote was the same as the other company, but the price was almost 2,000 less.

The work was professional, and the two plumbers were knowledgable and i was impressed at the finished job. You could hardly tell they were there, except the meter is not showing any signs of leaks.

I will now always use Beacon when I have any plumbing needs. Thanks to Chris and Brent for the great repair and service.

We've had Beacon out twice; once to fix a leaky shower head and another time to install a kitchen faucet. Both times our experience with them has been top-notch. When we called to set up appointments, they were extremely prompt and were available to come out virtually right away and were flexible with our schedules. Robert, who performed the work, was extremely professional, personable, honest, and fixed our issues at a very reasonable cost. We've also had Jeff out to give a quote and had a great experience with him as well.

It's so nice to work with a company that is competitively priced, honest, and gives such great service. We'll be calling Beacon for all of our future plumbing needs.
